Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please email yk@crovise.com with your order number.
Refunds & Return Shipping
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by Crovise for defective or incorrect items.
Hand-Printed Items
Each shirt is printed by hand, so small marks, stains, or print variations are part of the design and are not considered defects. Because most pieces are 1 of 1, an exchange for the same design may not be possible; in that case a refund will be issued instead.
